Community Sound Bath

We will be located in Conference Room A.

We will be laying on the floor. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillows, and any other props that make it more comfortable for you to lay comfortably on the floor. If laying on the floor is not comfortable for you, please bring a comfortable chair that you can relax in.

What is a sound bath?

A meditative experience where you will be “bathed” in sound waves.

What are the benefits?

Some of the benefits are relaxation, helping relieve accumulated stress, anxiety, and tension, an increased sense of wellbeing, expanded awareness, and access to inner visionary experiences.

Who is it for?

Everyone! This particular event is not suitable for children who aren't able to lay still or quiet.

2. Doors open at 5:45 pm. Please arrive on time as to get the full benefit and to not disturb others.
