Community Sound Bath & Meditation

Join the Tysons Teammates, Mind Body Paloma, and Arbow Row Center on Wednesday, February 11 at 5 PM for a free Community Sound Bath and Meditation event. Led by expert instructor Paloma, this immersive sound journey is designed to help your nervous system shift from fight-or-flight into a state of calm, balance, and self-healing. We invite you to come unwind, restore, and reconnect during this nourishing evening of sound and serenity.

Allow Paloma to guide you into peaceful stillness through the soothing resonance of alchemy crystal singing bowls, soft chimes, and other grounding instruments.

What to Expect:
• A peaceful, safe, and heart-centered space to rest and reset
• Grounding energy to help you reconnect with your inner self
• A gentle invitation to release tension and settle into stillness

What to Bring:
Yoga mats and blankets will be provided. You’re welcome to bring anything that helps you feel cozy and supported—such as an eye mask, pillow, bolster, or warm socks.
