Led by Kati from Song Flower Spirit, we will gather together in a circle to open our voices and sing simple songs that invite us into deep presence and connection. The gathering will be held in a serene, aromatic setting at The Releafery.
The session will open with vocal toning and ice breakers. Songs will be taught in a call and echo style, where we will weave our voices together in prayer and reverence for the world around us. Singing is an ancestral practice that helps us to unlock our throat chakras and to send uniquely designed healing vibrations throughout our entire energetic system. This circle is for all singing experience levels, and is an opportunity to open your voice in a safe and guided container.
After the Song circle, participants will be guided into a relaxing restorative yoga pose where you will receive healing sound frequencies from a mixture, of chimes, bowls, voice, and guitar. The session will close with a conversation and some reflection questions.

Kati is a heart centered song leader who has witnessed first hand the transformational power of opening the voice. She sings as a way to tap into presence and share deep reverence with the natural world. She views every song as an invitation to connect, and finds absolute bliss in singing with others! She holds a safe, gentle, and welcoming container that invites vulnerability and easeful opening.
