✅ License Renewals, Tabs, License Plates *License plates will be recycled, not cancelled. If you have a license plate that needs to be cancelled, you must visit a Tax Collector’s office. For more information visit https://www.vctaxcollector.org/motorist-services/license-plate-disposal.html.
