The OMBuds & Friends will be guiding you through this devotional practice called kirtan, a practice of the heart that reconnects you to the Divine Love that resides within us. Through repeatedly chanting the mantras and bhajans (spiritually themed songs), we produce vibrations that help to calm the mind, purify the heart and evoke feelings of bliss. This shall be a practice of the heart; all you need is to be receptive and enthusiastic like a child!
