Community Session 2: Mindful Minds - Mental Wellness for the Neurodiverse

We are excited to announce the second of our Community Sessions, happening on Saturday, 30th November. This 30-minute session will focus on mental wellness for Black and neurodiverse individuals, offering practical techniques and supportive insights to manage mental wellness effectively.

The session will be led by Joylette Hudson, MBACP, a qualified counsellor and founder of Renew Me Therapy. Practicing since 2018, Joylette is dedicated to helping people overcome challenges and build resilience. Her experience working with neurodiverse individuals and her background in trauma therapy make her especially attuned to the unique mental wellness needs of our community.

Session Details:

• Understanding the unique mental wellness challenges faced by neurodivergent individuals of color.
• Practical techniques for managing stress, anxiety, and burnout.
• Tailored self-care routines specifically designed for neurodiverse needs.
• Collective approaches to mental wellness within our community.
