Community Self-Defense

This class will introduce situational awareness, fundamental defenses, and using framing for distance management. Applicable to all body types and experience levels!

What to bring

• Clothing you can move in
• Flip flops
• Water bottle
• Optional $5 donation

A bout our space

• Mat space with class capacity for about 25 people
• Gender-neutral restroom and changing room
• Park on the street or in the back lot. We have entries on both sides.
