About this Event

Do you enjoy observing nature closely? Are you curious how you can contribute to local community science efforts?

In this workshop, we'll guide you through the process of submitting data to Vermont Center for Ecostudies' Pollinator Interactions on Plants Project and the Vermont Butterfly Atlas. We'll walk through how to use iNaturalist and eButterfly, as well as discuss best practices for observing insects in the field. No prior experience and no tech-savviness required.

If the weather is nice, we'll head outside afterwards for an optional, brief butterfly survey.

This free workshop is generously supported by the One Hive Foundation.
