Saint Mary’s Regional Health System, in partnership with Main Street Russellville, invites the community to attend Community Rx: January Jumpstart for Better Health on Thursday, January 29, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Russellville Train Depot located at 320 W. C St.This free, in-person event is designed to help you start the year off right not with unrealistic goals but healthy habits to fit a busy lifestyle.
Vicky Mistler, APRN at Millard-Henry Clinic of Dardanelle, will lead the session. With years of nursing experience across all ages, she will guide a thoughtful discussion focused on practical strategies for better health, no matter where you're starting from.
Following the discussion, stick around for a free, all-levels yoga class led by instructor Hannah Butler of JB Wellness.
This Community Rx session is free and open to the public. No registration is required. Community Rx is an educational series hosted by Saint Mary’s and Main Street Russellville, designed to promote community health through accessible, expert-led conversations on important wellness topics.
