About this Event
Career & College Bound Hennepin is exploring ways that Children’s Savings Accounts (CSAs) could impact the lives of children and families in Hennepin County. We are working to engage stakeholders, partners, and community members in co-creating a model for our community.
In this session, we will explore together how:
- CSAs could be leveraged to help close racial disparities, secure positive futures, support educational outcomes, foster intergenerational wealth for communities of color, and more.
- Cultivating partnerships, building systemic change, and influencing local and state policy can help bring CSAs to Minnesota.
We invite you to participate in this Community Roundtable event and collaborate to design a possible CSA model for Hennepin County and co-create strategies to increase access to college and career training for all in our community.
