Pathways to Opportunity for Youth

Young people are supported by an incredible network of community organizations that mentor, encourage, and invest in their success every day. Yet many youth remain disconnected from workforce opportunities, career pathways, and the resources that can help them transition successfully into adulthood.

The Community Resource and Partnership Exchange brings together community-based youth mentoring organizations, out-of-school-time providers, youth-serving nonprofits, workforce development organizations, and employers to strengthen the connections that help young people thrive.

Together, we will:

• Build relationships across organizations serving transition-aged youth
• Learn about workforce and youth development resources available throughout the region
• Identify opportunities to strengthen referral pathways and collaboration
• Explore ways employers can meaningfully engage and support young people
• Begin co-creating community-driven solutions that expand access to opportunity beyond traditional school settings

This gathering is intentionally centered on the expertise of community organizations with trusted relationships and lived experience alongside the youth they serve. We believe lasting solutions are built collaboratively and driven by those closest to the work.
