Join a space where food meets creativity, flavor, and community. The Culinary Health Institute’s Monthly Community Potluck is rooted in sharing food and conversation, meeting new people, and sharing the journey of living a plant-based lifestyle.
Whether you’re fully plant-based, plant-curious, or just love good food and good conversation, all are welcome to this free event.🌱
How It Works:
🍽️ Bring a Dish
Please prepare a plant-based dish that serves at least 10 people. Don’t forget to include the recipe with ingredients listed so guests can remake your recipe at home.
🥬 Plant-Based Recipes Only
No animal-based products (that includes meat, chicken, fish. Watch out for chicken broth, fish/bonita flakes and bacon bits)
No dairy (butter, cheese, milk, etc.), egg, or honey
🥕 Plant-based Curious or Not a Cook?
No pressure! Join in by bringing something simple - enough for 10 people to share! Some ideas include: fruit, veggies with hummus or baba ghanoush, pita chips and salsa, a mix of nuts and olives.

Throughout the evening, you’re invited to share the meal, engage in thoughtful conversation about your plant-based journey, food, sustainability, and the role plant-based choices can play in building a healthier future—for ourselves and our planet.
