Community Participation Network — September
About this Event
Calling all voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise groups in Waltham Forest — and everyone interested in working with them.
The Community Participation Network is the one that brings the whole sector into one room. It's in person, it's free, and it's built around the bit people tell us they value most: hearing from each other.
On the agenda
The Fundraising Regulator - what you need to know
Creative Health. Speakers joining us on what creative health means in practice, and where community organisations fit in it.
The representation values. Where we've got to, and what it means for how the sector is spoken for.
An update on volunteering across the borough — what's changing, what's available, and how to tap into it.
Your update. This is the heart of it. Come ready to tell the room what you're working on, what you need, and who you're looking for. Two minutes, no slides, no polish required.
Networking — right in the middle. We've deliberately put it after the speakers and before the close, while the room is warm and everyone's still got the energy for a proper conversation.
WFCVS updates to finish — funding, opportunities, and what's coming next.

Free to attend. Refreshments provided.
