Our Purpose:
We’re gathering to share what’s working in outreach, identify areas for growth, and build a stronger, more connected support network. This conversation is for everyone- whether you’re on the front lines, supporting from behind the scenes, or simply curious about getting involved.
Our Intention:
Together, we’ll begin developing a trauma-informed outreach training that prioritizes the physical and psychological safety of both those we serve and those who serve. We’re especially focused on reducing secondary and tertiary trauma for helpers and creating a process that’s easy to follow and understand.
Why Your Voice Matters:
Rochester is rich with resources, yet many remain unknown or disconnected. By coming together, we can map out a more effective, collaborative approach. One that centers the expertise of our community and ensures no one falls through the cracks.
