Greetings, to our community churches, business owners, and citizens of Bath County.The plan for the upcoming event is as follows. A can of food or a non-perishable item will be collected at the entrance per person. All food items collected will be given to the Christian Social Services Center, to help feed the community. There will be a FREE dinner (donations accepted, but not required) served from 4:00-6:30 pm. The dinner will consist of spaghetti, garlic bread, dessert, and a drink. We will also have hot dogs and bags of chips for the kids, if preferred. Our youth (cheerleaders and Girl Scouts) will be there working and serving the meal. Starting at 6:00 pm, a live auction will take place. Girl Scouts Troop 2619 will have a cookie booth set up so you can buy your favorite cookies.
A LIVE auction will take place, as well as a few raffles for Case blades. Phil Copher, from Copher Auction, has graciously volunteered to do the auction for us. To purchase raffle tickets, contact anyone named below, purchase directly from The Store in Preston, or you can purchase at the event.
The money raised will be donated to the BCMS cheerleaders, to raise money for safety equipment (new mats), which cost around $8,000.
Also, a portion of the money raised will go to Girl Scouts Troop 2619 for community projects. Last year, they did a beautification project at Slate Furnace and refurbished a blessing box beside the dispatch. They are currently planning an outside book box and other projects for the year.

We are currently selling raffle tickets for 3 Case blades. Ticket purchases can be made by contacting anyone listed, directly from The Store in Preston, and also at the event. Three chances to win per ticket! Drawings will take place during auction intermissions.
