Community Open Mic

This event marks the conclusion of the 16-week Music Events Skills Bootcamp, an employment-focused training programme delivered by Key Changes. Over the course of the programme, participants have developed practical skills used across the music and events industry, including promotion, event production, stage hosting, marketing, team working and live performance.

Working together as a team, the Bootcamp group have planned, promoted and organised this event as a real-world project. The Open Mic will showcase local talent while providing a welcoming environment where the community can come together to celebrate creativity, connection and the positive role music can play in supporting mental wellbeing.
