Join in for this Autumn session, as we follow the season and nurture "Slowing Down to Harvest". Autumn is the season after an active summer and the season to focus on the Harvest. Create space to reflect and pick what to keep, nurture more, or let go.

Experience the benefits of music therapy as we do a mix of meditation, music-making, and discussion. This event is led by board certified Music Therapist, Julianna Russell, MT-BC.

Instruments will be provided, and participants can bring their own instrument(s).

This is event is by donation, all are welcome to attend, and no prior music experience is necessary.
