Join experts for a morning of connection and conversation on Women's Health, Perimenopause, and Menopause
About this Event

Join us for a relaxed open house at Adrien Cotton's studio in Alexandria for a casual morning designed to help you connect with other women, ask questions about perimenopause and menopause, and have honest discussions about what it actually takes to feel strong and well in midlife.

Adrien Cotton will be joined by Adrian Thompson, PA-C, MSCP, a nationally certified Physician Associate, Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, and founder of Vida Women's Health. Adrian brings over 20 years of clinical experience in perimenopause, menopause, sexual health, weight management, and hormonal care.

Together, they'll open the floor to questions and conversation: Things that you might have been wondering but you haven’t gotten clear answers on. Things like what's really happening in your body at various stages of perimenopause and menopause, what the current research says about hormone therapy safety, or how medical care and strength training work together to support long-term health.

Stop by anytime between 10am and 12pm, meet Adrien and Adrian, and connect with a community of women who are busy balancing a full life of family, health, and feeling fulfilled.

There's something powerful about being in a room full of women who are on the same journey, and we hope you'll come be part of it.

No workout clothes required. Just come as you are.

This event is free. Please RSVP below.
