Community Mental Wellness Symposium

Join us for a fantastic day filled with inspiring speakers and fun activities aimed at uplifting our mental well-being. This event is specially designed for the community to explore ways to prioritize mental health, gain tools to tackle mental wellness challenges, and discover local resources. We can't wait to see you there!

We have six dynamic speakers who will guide us through a motivational journey to prioritize our mental health, teach coping skills, and introduce us to take-home friendly strategies. The goal is to provide the community with resources and support one another on this mental wellness journey. Attendees will also gain early insight into the ongoing mental health initiatives being brought to the community through our partnership with Renewal Life Counseling and Predestined Teen Outreach.
