Join us for the 5th Annual Community Mental Health Celebration & Awareness Walk hosted by Sail On and Fly High 💙📍 Bayliss Park | Council Bluffs, Iowa

🎨 Theme: "Your Mind Is a Masterpiece"
This FREE, family-friendly event is dedicated to bringing our community together to support, uplift, and prioritize mental health. This year, we’re highlighting the powerful connection between the arts and mental wellness, with special involvement from our local arts community.
✨ What to expect:
• 🧭 Compass Crew- local vendors and organizations offering resources and support for mental health (no sales, just connection)
• 💬performances, discussions and testimonies throughout the event featuring voices in mental health and the arts
• 🚶♀️ A community awareness walk beginning at 6:30 PM
• 💵 The first 500 attendees (ages 2+) receive $5 in Market Bucks + a swag bag
• 🌿 Calm Kits available at the Sail On and Fly High table
This event is completely FREE to the public and open to all ages. Whether you come to learn, connect, walk, or simply be present-you belong here.
Sail On and Fly High was founded in honor of Sailor Cole Lawrence, and this event continues to grow as a space of remembrance, hope, and healing for our entire community.
