Healing through Word continues in 2025, with another year ahead of new and returning local writers and poets! Our Community Mental Health & Wellness (held every Monday) is a space for workshops of all varieties centered around wellness.
On the last two Mondays of each month, we gather with a writer, all coming from different backgrounds, to strengthen our wellness toolbox with ways to heal, reflect, and connect through writing.
