A memory screen is a wellness tool that helps identify possible changes in memory and cognition. This 30-minute conversation with Dementia Care Specialist Jennifer Harders will allow participants to learn about brain health & ways to stimulate the brain, receive information about dementia & Alzheimer’s disease, and find out about memory loss/dementia care resources available to you.To sign up for a time slot, please contact Jennifer Harders at the Waukesha County ADRC at 262-548-7650.
