Sign up for a 30-minute time slot and get a free memory screen done by one of our Dementia Care Specialists, by calling Jennifer Harders at 262-548-7650.
You will:
-Get immediate results
-Receive information about Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease
-Talk with a Dementia Care Specialist about available resources
-Learn about brain health and ways to stimulate your brain
