Hosted by Ladle of Ferns, this community meetup offers a safe and supportive space for adults living with chronic physical and mental illness to connect, reflect, and be heard. Each month features a different activity—this month, we’ll be having a cookie exchange!
💬 What to Expect
During this in-person gathering, we invite you to share your “peaks and valleys” — the good moments, the struggles, and everything in between.
Whether you feel like talking, listening, or just being present, you are welcome here.
There’s no pressure, no judgment — just real connection with people who understand what it’s like to live with chronic challenges.
This month's activity is a cookie exchange! Join us for a sweet time together! At our cookie exchange, everyone brings cookies to share plus a card with the ingredients and recipe. That way, we can all swap not only cookies but also the love that went into baking them.

This meetup is open to any adult navigating life with chronic physical or mental illness. Caregivers and supporters are also welcome to attend and listen with compassion.
