Hosted by Ladle of Ferns, this community meetup offers a safe and supportive space for adults living with chronic physical and mental illness to connect, reflect, and be heard. Each month features a different activity—this month, we’ll be working on mental health-themed coloring pages.💬 What to Expect
During this in-person gathering, we invite you to share your “peaks and valleys” — the good moments, the struggles, and everything in between.
Whether you feel like talking, listening, or just being present, you are welcome here.
