This is your time to release the noise of daily life, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with a sense of calm and balance.
Guided by Coral Stone, an experienced sound healer and meditation facilitator, you’ll embark on a meditative journey using the power of your breath and the transformative frequencies of sound medicine. The soothing tones of instruments and vocals will help dissolve tension, quiet the mind, and create space for inner peace.

For those with more experience, this session offers the opportunity to deepen your practice, explore new dimensions of inner stillness, and reconnect with the peaceful essence within.
