ABOUT THE FACILITATORS:

Kat & Jessi Belmares are Chicago natives who are passionate about creating spaces where people can connect with the power of sound in a communal and immersive way to reset their mind, body and spirit. Their training with sound began in 2017, but they have been facilitating Sound Baths and Gong Washes in Chicago since the pandemic.

Inspired by their own life challenges, Kat and Jessi strongly believe in bringing the Spirit component back to wellness. Besides sound, Kat works with Kambo, Reiki and Evolutionary Astrology; and Jessi focuses on empowering women through mindfulness self-care practices, trauma-informed emotional inner mindset work, and building supportive and empowering communities. They extend deep gratitude to all of their teachers.
