Community Matters

Join Assisi Foundation for an engaging in-person Community Matters session led by Everystory (formerly Playback Memphis) on Wednesday, April 22, from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM at First Congregational Church (1000 S. Cooper St.). This is a free event.

Designed for nonprofit professionals, this interactive workshop-performance offers a creative, meaningful way to navigate leadership in complex and uncertain times. Through the powerful practice of Playback Theatre—a blend of improvisation, deep listening, and shared storytelling—participants will explore real experiences, build emotional intelligence, and foster reflection and collective growth in a supportive, lighthearted environment.

Everystory is a Memphis-based nonprofit dedicated to bringing stories to life through community connection and co-creation.
