About this Event
Join us every second Saturday during Georgetown Artwalk for an evening of community printmaking! We're firing up the presses to create powerful posters addressing environmental and social justice issues—and you're invited to help print, take home, and share them with the world.
This is grassroots activism meets centuries-old craft. Whether you're a seasoned printer or have never touched a press before, you'll work alongside neighbors and fellow changemakers to produce beautiful, bold posters.
How It Works: Drop in anytime between 6:00-9:00 PM. We'll have designs ready to print—just show up, pull some prints, and take them home. Put them in your window, share them with friends, post them at community boards, coffee shops, or wherever they need to be seen.
What You'll Do:
- Print multiple posters to take home (as many as you like).
- Connect with community members who share your values.
- Leave with art that makes a statement.
Perfect For: Activists, artists, concerned citizens, families, anyone who believes art can change the world. All ages and skill levels welcome.
Topics vary monthly and might include climate action, housing justice, Indigenous rights, workers' rights, and more. Follow us on social media to see what we're printing next!
Wear clothes that can get inky.
