This Land Is Ours CLT is a community land trust bring built in Lower Manhattan and Mayor Mamdani and the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) recently announced that they are partnering with us to build 131 affordable homes, a senior center, and community space on an underused parking lot.

Come to this town hall to hear about our journey in getting to this place and our vision for what is to come.
