If the soulful strum of 'yoga music' has ever tugged at you, kirtan could be your soul's response.
This practice embodies how yoga is for the spirit more than it is for the body.
No matter if you're new to this or if the chants are old friends, I'll be there to guide you. Stumble over a word? No sweat. The gods have a sense of humor, and I will put in a good word for you.
