The WVU BAD (Brownfields, Abandoned, and Dilapidated) Buildings Program is a statewide initiative that provides communities with a step‑by‑step process, technical assistance, and site analysis tools to revitalize abandoned and dilapidated buildings and overcome barriers to identifying, prioritizing, and redeveloping BAD Buildings.
