Brooklyn Public Library's Community Health Team, in collaboration with the Church of St. Mark and the St. Luke's Health Guild, brings you a Community Health Wellness & Resource Fair.
Please join us for free health screenings, education, community resources and giveaways. There will be a chair exercise session held from 1:30 PM - 2 PM. Snacks and free lunch will be provided. All are welcome!
Liberty Hearing Centers will also be conducting free hearing screenings. To sign up for a spot, CLICK HERE.
