These screenings are available to anyone living in Osage County and are designed to help you stay informed, catch concerns early, and support long-term wellness for you and your family.Our team will be offering a wide range of screenings at multiple locations throughout November and December—including Blood Pressure, A1C, Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Glucose, Triglycerides, Height, Weight, and more.
Plus, FREE Flu & COVID-19 Vaccines will be available at each event.
