Community Health Foot Care Clinic

Hosted by St. Croix Valley Faith Community Nurse Program, Lakeview Foundation

Cost: $30

The SCVFCNP is subsidizing the cost of services. Resulting fee of $30 per person.

Services provided include:

· Foot assessments to understand risk factors and identify any foot problems

· Proper foot care education

· Nail cutting & thick nail care

· Corn and callous care

· Ingrown toenail care

· Resource referral for specialized foot care as needed

Please attend our walk-in wellness resource area from 9am-3:30pm for the following free services:

· Blood pressure check

· Blood glucose screening

· Balance and fall prevention screenings

· Private memory screening

If you have a foot care appointment, please come early or stay after your appointment to take advantage of the wellness resources.
