• Well-child exams, sports physicals, immunizations, and dental exams
• Appointments: 10 AM – 4 PM (call 712-232-4300 to schedule)
• Walk-ins: 4 PM – 8 PM
• Services available to all children, regardless of insurance status
🎒 School Support & Outdoor Festivities (4–7 PM)
• School registration help
• Free backpacks, supplies & food box (while supplies last)
• Booths, activities, and community resources
