Jessica Sohns, LPC Associate
“The Power of Presence: How Connecting with Therapy Animals Can Help Support Families Working Through Chronic Medical Issues and Medical Trauma”

Have you ever experienced extended hospital stays, unexpected medical events, or found yourself reacting to routine medical procedures in unexpected ways? It can often feel isolating and overwhelming.
If you’d like to hear from someone who has experienced all of these things and come away with ideas and resources to support your own journey—and meet a Golden Retriever therapy partner—come learn how interacting with trained therapy animals can bring comfort and healing, even during recovery.
Q&A: 10:20–10:25 a.m.

10:25–10:45 a.m.

Christina Zambrano
“Super Patch: The Future of Wellness”

Super Patch is a drug-free, FDA-registered medical device that uses cutting-edge neuro-technology to help your body and brain work better together. It’s as simple as wearing a patch—no pills, no chemicals, no side effects.
People are using it for more energy, better sleep, improved focus, balance, and mood. It’s wellness made easy, safe, and effective for all ages.
Q&A: 10:45–10:50 a.m.

10:50–11:10 a.m.

Christy Sylvester, Wellness Educator
“Stay Strong, Stay Independent: Wellness for Life After 55”

Discover simple ways to boost your energy, support your immune system, and maintain mobility as you age. In this 20-minute class, you’ll learn the three pillars of healthy aging, how daily habits and movement keep you independent, and tools to help you feel your best—plus a simple daily plan to take home.
Q&A: 11:10–11:15 a.m.

11:15–11:35 a.m.
