Community Giving Food Drive

Join us for the Community Giving Food Drive, a weeklong initiative that unites Cal Poly Pomona and the local Pomona community to support families in need through generous food donations. Hosted by the Community Innovation Hub in partnership with Lopez Urban Farm, this event celebrates compassion, collaboration, and the power of giving back.

Throughout the week, participants are encouraged to drop off non-perishable food items, dry goods, and hygiene products at the Community Innovation Hub. All donations will directly benefit local families through Lopez Urban Farm’s community programs.

To kick off the week, join us for the Pie & Pan Dulce Social—an afternoon of community, connection, and sweet treats! Enjoy free pie and pan dulce provided by Dulcelicious, along with coffee, cocoa, music, and great company. Participate in a volunteer activity, learn about food justice and sustainability, and share messages of gratitude on our Wall of Thanks.

Come for the sweets, stay for the community spirit, and help make a meaningful difference this holiday season!
