Kick off the new year with a fresh start! Join our 9-week gentle yoga series led by seasoned teacher Cheryl Ann. This program is designed to help you release the old and embrace a calm, refreshed version of yourself. Experience increased flexibility, strength, and vitality! Participants should be comfortable getting up and down from the floor with ease. Unwind, stretch, and breathe—your body will thank you!Winter Pass: $99 covers all 9 sessions. Classes will take place on Mondays from 6 PM to 7 PM, starting January 12, 2026, to March 23, 2026.
