Community Gathering: Chakras

You're invited to Daya's Monthly Community Gathering on September 28th at 6 pm, hosted by Tessa Rae Butler. This month's theme will be CHAKRAS. We'll be connecting with these energy centers and learning how we can best support, heal and bring awareness to our energy bodies. Each chakra connects with different physical and non-physical energies, and by supporting our chakra system we can welcome better spiritual, emotional, psychological and physical health. When our chakras are out of balance or blocked, it can manifest as disease, mental afflictions, and other disorders. By bringing conscious awareness, we can step into taking control of our lives and living vibrantly with all aspects of our being. Please bring a journal if you have one and bring an open mind and heart. We'll engage in a discussion on this topic followed by a guided meditation. And as always, ending with journaling and sharing to inspire conscious conversation, community, deeper learning and connection.
