About this Event

🌱 A Sunday That Feels Different

If you’ve been wanting a slower Sunday, this is one.

Come alone or with someone else. Arrive as you are.

We’ll take it from there.

Sunday 17 May · 11:00–14:00

Small group, intentionally limited
Monthly sessions throughout the year

You don’t leave changed into someone new.

But something shifts quietly:

  • 🌿 Details
  • the week feels less heavy
  • your pace feels more your own again
  • connection feels easier
  • you feel more grounded in yourself

🌿 What stays with you

“I feel more regulated and rested after a difficult week.”
“I feel held by the group.”
“Being outdoors away from my phone made such a difference.”

At first, you carry the pace of the week with you.

Then it begins to ease.

Movement slows. Conversation softens. Silence feels more natural.

🌿 What others have shared Small moments start to stand out: the texture of soil, a shared laugh, a pause that doesn’t need filling.

You arrive as you are.

Maybe carrying a full week. Maybe looking for something simple. Maybe unsure what you need until you arrive.

The morning moves gently.

You dig, plant, and work with the land. You make simple things with your hands. You talk while you work, not across a table, but alongside someone else. You create botanical clay, natural objects, and you can paint on them.

🌿 What people often notice t here is no performance. No expectation to be anything other than present.

Most Sundays disappear before you notice them.

The week blurs. Time moves quickly. Conversations stay light. Rest doesn’t always feel like rest.

If that feels familiar, you’re not alone.

This is a slower kind of Sunday.

An intergenerational community gardening and creative session at WeBuild Allotment, where people aged 18–80+ come together to work with the land, create, and connect side by side.

🌿 A shift in pace . Not a workshop. Not a class.
Just a different way of spending time.

👉 Reserve your place, spaces are limited and tend to fill quickly.
