Westminster Commons All Ages Game DaySunday, February 23, 2025

Conversation Club with English Language Learners 3:00 pm
FREE! Everyone is welcome. Snacks and drinks provided.
Play is good medicine for everything that ails us! Young people, old people and everyone in between are invited to come to our next Westminster Commons event to play games, have fun and turn a stranger into a friend.
-We'll start at 4:00 pm with a room full of table games: Go Fish, Uno, Left-Right-Center, Garbage, Steal the Deck, Taco-Cat-Goat-Cheese-Pizza and more. All the games are easy to learn, fun to play, and each table will have a host or two to get us started.
-At 4:45 pm we'll all gather together to introduce ourselves and play one big game to get us all talking.
-At 5:00 pm or so, our Commons Youth Corp will teach everyone who wants to play an active game the art of Pillo Polo.
-The rest of us can play Bingo (with prizes!), led by members of our English Conversation Club.
-Throughout the afternoon, free snacks and drinks will help us keep our energy up. Kids and adults are welcome!
The Westminster Commons is hosted by the Westminster Presbyterian Church and led by a group of neighbors and friends. Our goal is to help different people and groups in the Capital Region connect to create a sense of common purpose so that we can constructively address problems and enjoy life more. Westminster Commons is funded in part by New America's US@250 Fellows program.
