Look Who’s Talking - Women’s Inititative Speaker SeriesThe Community Foundation’s Women’s Initiative Fund works hard year-round to raise fund and support projects that benefit women and girls in need in Isabella County. Each year, they bring a new and inspiring speaker to keynote their annual luncheoun fundraiser. This year, their featured speaker is Vernique Jackson, Associate Director of the Leadership Institute at Central Michigan University. The topic of her talk will be “Lead in Your Lane: Owning Your Style, Uplifting Your Community.” She will talk about what it truly means to lead authentically, regardless of your personal style and how that unique approach can uplift a whole community.
The event will take place at the Comfort Inn on October 3rd.
