Community Forum - Partnership for a Healthier Ocean County

Hello Ocean County Partners!

The Partnership for a Healthier Ocean County is welcoming all community partners throughout the county to discuss the findings from the 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) and help shape the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) for Ocean County Public Health.

We are so appreciative of the ways in which many of you have already contributed to this process! We are actively seeking your participation and ideas to work together towards improving the quality of life for everyone in Ocean County, as your feedback will serve as the building blocks of a Community Health Improvement Plan for Ocean County. Please come and make sure your voice is heard!

Attendees will include diverse representation from throughout Ocean County, including local, and regional public health departments; health and human service providers; social, civic, and faith-based representatives; neighborhood leaders; advocates, planners, and policy makers; community champions and residents.

Space is limited and registration is free! Arrive hungry - breakfast will be served! Breakfast and registration will begin at 8:30am. The program will begin at 9am.
