Please support the next Community Food Drive by Storrington Lions Club....
Here are four ways you could be a big help with Storrington Pastoral Charge Christmas baskets. (There are 30 sponsored families this year.)
1) Donate any of the following to either the church or this food drive by Storrington Lions Club: White bread, Brown bread, Cheese, Eggs, Butter, Bacon or small hams, Gravy, Coffee, Tea, Cereal (ie Rice Krispies and Cheerios), Crackers, Ketchup, Relish, Mustard, Dish Soap, White sugar, Cookies, Peanut Butter, Jam, Toilet Paper, Kleenex, Spaghetti Sauce, Toothbrushes, Stove
Top Stuffing and Soup.
We have freezer space.
2) Donate a Turkey
3) Make a financial donation to the Church Benevolent Fund. Donations can be made to Battersea by e-transferring to [email protected] or mail a cheque to: 2217 Wellington St., Battersea, ON K0H 1H0. Donations to Inverary can be made by e-transferring to [email protected] or by mailing a cheque to: Box 69 Inverary, ON KOH 1XO. Please put Benevolent Fund on memo line.
4) Pick up a gift tag at church and buy/wrap a gift for a recipient. There aren’t as many gifts to buy this year because Salvation Army has offered to buy gifts for our 0-12 year olds and Loughborough Christmas & Emergency Relief Committee has offered to provide gift cards for our 13-17 year olds!
