Community Fitness Classes with Jonathan at BÜNDA Costa Mesa

What is BÜNDA?
BÜNDA is the first-ever 1/2 strength and 1/2 stairs workout that brings total-body change. You'll get a great workout that focuses on building strength with proper form and utilizing fat as a fuel source through steady-state cardio - all in a 55-minute high-energy session!

- Tuesday, July 7 at 7:45 PM
- Friday, July 10 at 3:00 PM
- Saturday, July 11 at 12:00 PM
- Sunday, July 12 at 12:00 PM
You can attend any/all of the classes! If you know someone who would like to attend, you can register with their information or share the event link with them!

IMPORTANT: For your first class, please arrive 20 minutes EARLY to sign the class waiver and receive the mandatory orientation.
Note: these classes are Community Classes that new BÜNDA trainers are required to teach. These classes will not appear on the studio schedule as they are organized by the trainer-in-training.
