I-PASS On Demand is a service offered by the Illinois Tollway to help customers transition from traditional I-Pass transponders to the new I-Pass Sticker Tag. Staff will be onsite to provide in-person assistance for account management, including setting up new accounts, adding vehicles, and exchanging transponders for sticker tags.
