Avondale Estates was built on the idea that you can design a place where people naturally flourish. As a planned garden city, nothing is blooming here by accident. We will need the community's help and input as the City kicks off major city planning projects.
Every five years, the City is required by the State to update the Comprehensive Plan, which sets forth a community vision developed and refined with a robust public input process. The purpose of the Comprehensive Plan is to guide future growth and development, and to coordinate decision-making and resource allocation.
Join us Sunday, June 14 at 10 a.m. We will have tents set up at the Avondale Estates Farmers Market. Peruse some local goods and then pop over to our booth and share your opinion! What is your favorite thing about Avondale? What would you like to see changed? What should our goals be over the next five years?
