Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or in need of calm?
Join for a community auricular (ear) acupuncture session at the cozy and eclectic on Sunday 24th May 2026 from 2:15pm for a gentle and grounding experience designed to support your nervous system and bring balance. This treatment can help support sleep, pain, tension and anxiety. It's a great chance to unwind, connect with others, and experience healing in a friendly setting. Everyone’s welcome, whether you’re a newbie or a fan of acupuncture. Come along, take it easy, and treat yourself to some well-deserved self-care!

What’s included:
- 45 minutes of ear acupuncture (upstairs)
- Optional ear seeds applied at the end to support ongoing balance
- 30 minutes downstairs chill time with light refreshments, and lounge space
- Small group (max 6 people per session) for a personal experience
This is your time to relax, integrate, and recharge. No previous experience needed.
