There is something so powerful about gathering in circle, bringing our individual rhythms together and allowing them to become one shared heartbeat. 🤍
Join me at beautiful Frith Farm on Thursday 20th August, 6.30–8.00pm, for 90 minutes of community, connection and healing through the drum.
We’ll begin by smudging away the stresses of everyday life before settling into a guided meditation and three rounds of healing drumming — releasing what no longer serves, welcoming in what we wish to receive, and finally sending healing out beyond our circle. 🌿🥁
We’ll finish together with voice, song and rhythm, surrounded by the beautiful energy of the land and one another.
Enjoy the added bonus of freshly gathered organic produce available to purchase from Frith Farm.
Bring with you your drum, if you have one. I have a few spare on a first come, first served basis and several small hand drums and percussion instruments available.
You may wish to bring a blanket or coat should it become chilly and a drink, there will be water available. Most importantly bring an open heart. 🤍🙏
